Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process wasn't too intense. They asked about career goals and school to gauge work availability. There was a short EMT test to take before the interview, but it wasn't too difficult.

It was a very easy interview. The questions were straightforward and the practice test was simple. Right after the interview, you were asked to take a drug test. If you passed that, you would get a job offer.

The interviewer was great. I'm not sure about the rest of the staff though. Some of them seemed uninterested, others seemed under qualified which is worrying since they were entry level staff. The entrance exam had a couple of questions with simple grammar errors or mistakes in terminology which made it harder than it needed to be.
