Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite long, spanning nearly 6 hours. It wasn't very time-efficient. I had to retake a test because the results weren't saved. Then, I waited 45 minutes before someone came out to speak with me.

I had a phone screen and then a zoom interview. They had said in the email prior to the zoom interview to expect the person to be late, and never named who I would be interviewing with, which was kinda odd to me. The interviewer was late and then during the course of my interview, seemed to be disengaged in what I was saying. At one point I was asked how I felt about “doing other roles”, and then never disclosed why she asked that. It was a weird interview process overall. I was no longer interested after that interview, and was ghosted anyway

Had a Zoom interview scheduled. They were 15 minutes late and were really rude, and it seemed like they'd made up their mind against me as soon as they saw me.
