I got contacted about a job I applied for, and we set up an interview. Then, they kept trying to reschedule, sending confusing emails and really pushing to do it the same day they suggested rescheduling, which didn't work for me. When the time we finally agreed on came, they didn't even call and just stood me up.
I came in for my interview and had to wait in the front room. Then 5 other people showed up, 2 of them were walk-ins and they were told to come back at the same time as me. I thought that was kinda rude. My first interview was super basic, I told them a little about myself and the interviewer just told me to move a pen. After that I went into a back room and did a personality test and an IQ test. You'll be there forever, for real. (1-1.5 hrs) After the tests, I spoke with 2 other guys really quickly.
It was a pretty standard process. They asked about my previous sales experience, my salary expectations, and my general career goals. I mentioned I have some sales background and am seeking a long-term career with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings. I completed a couple of assessments and was subsequently offered the position.
