American Portwell Technology Interview Questions

This was, without a doubt, the most abysmal interview experience I have ever endured. Everything proceeded smoothly until the final round, where I was subjected to an interview with the CEO. He offered no greeting, merely gesturing for me to sit down. He was not just rude, but aggressively dismissive, questioning every single detail on my resume. It felt as though he operated under the cynical assumption that everyone was attempting to deceive him. I drove an hour for this onsite interview, only for him to unleash a barrage of hostile questions and abruptly terminate the discussion in a mere 20 minutes. The sheer waste of time across this grueling four-round interview process is infuriating.

I was contacted via LinkedIn and then had an onsite interview with the hiring manager. Following that, there was a take-home assignment that I had two days to complete.

I talked with the team lead who asked me a lot of questions about my CV and work experience. He also shared a lot about his experience managing people, and how he believes people need his attention because they don't work proactively.
