Candidate-reported interview process

This was very different from working for the company. Pay attention to how long people stay there. They usually don't have more than 15 employees because when they add new people, they let others go.

It was a really quick interview, with several people in the room asking me questions. I think they focused a lot on functional experience, so having solid business experience seems crucial. Knowing the tools is also important.

Applied for the job and felt overqualified. After a LinkedIn application and a phone screen, I was invited for an in-person interview. I spoke with the HR Director and then the CEO. While they were professional, the office space was messy and dirty, which made me feel like I wouldn't fit in even before the interviews started.
