So the process was pretty fair and transparent. They talked about salary upfront, which was nice. It started with just a screening call with HR, and then after that, a review team looked at my application before they decided to schedule me for an interview.
The interview process was quite structured, using a self-rated scale. The recruiter was upfront about the job's structure and salary range. They inquired about my experience with Salesforce and Asana.
First, there was a phone screening. After that, you had to do a live editing task where you acted as an editor. If you passed that, you then had a 3-hour interview with a bunch of editors.
