Candidate-reported interview process

I had two virtual meetings with the VP of Operations. The discussions focused on my experience and how it aligned with the role. I found the conversations engaging and the overall process enjoyable.

I had an informal Zoom meeting with the department chair. It was very informational, and she shared a lot of good details about the position and asked some easy, open-ended questions about my education and experience.

It was pretty long, needing two separate visits. First, I met with the Campus Director. Then on my second visit, I met with both the Campus Director and the Director of Admissions. I also got to chat with some of the Admissions staff and other folks from the American National Family. We toured the building, and I learned more about the pay and benefits.
