Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty relaxed. I had a one-on-one phone interview, and then we did a group thing which was more like an orientation where they showed us around the museum.

The interview process was very laid-back. It involved a couple of rounds of interviews, and they mostly asked the same types of questions, focusing on my interests, previous work, and my motivation for wanting to work at the museum.

It was a Zoom interview and then an in person one with the whole team. They were really nice and considerate. I didn't get an offer, but they let me know personally, which was nice. The team seemed really interesting, smart, and kind.
