I heard back from HR the same day I applied for the job. A phone interview happened a few days later to discuss my background and the main job duties. Soon after that, I was invited for a second interview with the hiring manager. That second interview went pretty well and didn't feel long at all. Some questions seemed prepared, but they also seemed genuinely curious about me as an adjuster and as a person. A few hours after that interview, HR reached out again to set up a second interview. I scheduled it for the next week and the interview felt very similar. They asked different prepared questions, but spent a lot of time getting to know me. Overall, the interview process was easy and quick.
The initial screening call was for a different job, but it led to a second chat with the manager for the analytics developer role. Even though I didn't get an offer in the end, it was a nice interview experience overall. Nice people.
the interview lasted an hour, it was online. First part was behavioral questions and second part was an excel exam. Only one person was in the interview. They were running late and sick. It was not a great interview as the interviewer was not friendly and I could tell that was the last place she wanted to be. I never heard anything back after the interview.
