Candidate-reported interview process

This was a long process, sometimes they work weekends and holidays without asking. This makes the entire process slow but it could be worth it if you get offered the job.

I applied online and then got called into their offices for an in-person interview about the company's plan to add SIP issues. The interviewer was professional and stayed on topic, not asking about my career plans. I also took an editing test, but they later told me they no longer had funding for the positions.

I got there and had to interview with three people at once. It felt like a pretty basic interview and I think it went well. As I was leaving, they gave me a magazine from their publication. I never heard back from them, even after sending a thank you email and a couple more follow-ups. Seems a bit unprofessional, honestly.
