Candidate-reported interview process

I got a call to schedule an interview, and then had several short phone interviews. First, I spoke with HR, and then with the sales leader. Everyone I talked to was really nice and seemed like they'd been at AMA for ages.

It was a really nice chat. I got to share a bit about myself and found out about the company in a way that felt welcoming, educational, and enjoyable. Honestly, it was one of the best initial interviews I've had.

After completing four interviews, one of which was in person, I never heard back from AMA. The job was advertised again a few weeks later. It's likely that other candidates who made it to the final round were also ghosted.
