The interview process was quite straightforward. Primarily focused on behavioral questions and understanding my interests. It consisted of a single interview round, and I received the offer just two days later. I was part of the DC intern program.
The interview process was short, but it felt like a waste of time because they ended up hiring someone from within. There was only one round, and after that, I never heard back from them. Their main focus is on whether your values align with their mission.
It was a pretty straightforward and quick process. The interviewers were really nice and laid-back. The interview focused on my knowledge of current policies and my past research work. They also asked for my thoughts on certain policies, like the minimum wage.
