Candidate-reported interview process

After I applied, they reached out to me by email the very next day to schedule an interview. We had to reschedule the interview once because of something on their side. It ended up being on Google Meet and it lasted about half an hour.

The interviewers were super nice and respectful. Everyone was on time and helpful. The whole process felt thorough and well-thought-out. I got plenty of chances to talk about myself, but they never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being grilled.

I went through a panel interview, and everyone was really nice and supportive. The questions they asked were all about the main duties of the job. The people interviewing me were curious but not in a bad way. I liked talking with the team and I think there are big problems in education that affect everyone.
