I applied online and the hiring manager reached out directly. Then HR scheduled the interview, which took a couple of days to hear back from HR about availability. The first round was with the hiring manager and other team members, they were friendly and asked a lot of behavioral questions. The second round is supposed to be in person with the team. I sent a thank you email and followed up twice with the interviewers but never heard back until weeks later when HR said they weren't moving forward. At least they got back to me eventually, but overall the flow of communication between the interviewer and HR was strange.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I met with the recruiter twice. Then, I had a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager. The questions were more about my overall approach to marketing than anything tactical.
It was a really clear and efficient process. We began with a quick phone call, then moved to a video meeting, and finally received an offer. The whole thing was pretty fast.
