The interview was pretty standard. I was taken to a conference room with three other employees. They asked me a bunch of questions about my skills. Everyone was nice, but it was a bit awkward when the CEO walked past the conference room window. They did ask about my favorite dog breed, and the office itself was really nice.
After applying online, I had a casual virtual call with the hiring manager. It was about 45 minutes long and they asked around 10-15 questions. They got back to me the following week to schedule the interview.
Had a quick chat with the CTO first, just some basic questions. Then, I had a zoom panel with about 8 people. They asked pretty straightforward questions about my field and some general behavioral stuff. No coding tests involved.
