Candidate-reported interview process

I was brought in for an interview, but wasn't told ahead of time that four people were going to be asking me questions at once. Instructions on where to go were clear though. They didn't reply to me with a yes or no for over 3 months.

So the interview process can have two to three rounds, depends on the position. Usually the first interview is face to face and might include multiple people from the institution, depending on what your duties will be.

The HR person was super fast and professional. They answered all my questions right away. Then, I met with a group of the administrators in person, and they were really nice and made me feel at ease.
