The first interview was a phone call with the recruiter. We talked about the job, what I knew about the company, and my salary expectations. They asked some "tell me a time when" questions. The second interview was in two parts, both in person. Part one was with three supervisors from the client services team. We went over the day-to-day tasks, the company's mission, and what they do for employees and the community. Part two was with the VP of client experience, and we discussed career growth opportunities and how the company supports employee success. After the second interview, the recruiter called me to get my thoughts on how it went, which was really helpful.
There are three total interview rounds for American Integrity Insurance Client Services Specialist positions. First, an initial call with either a Recruiter or HR. Second, an in-person panel interview with two Supervisors. Third, an in-person interview with the VP of Customer Experience.
