I was pretty confident when I applied to AIR and kept an open mind. A recruiter reached out, saying my skills matched an opening, so I applied that same day. The first interview was with the recruiter, focusing more on my personality than my experience, which made me feel like they valued me as a person. Then, I had another phone interview where I discussed my experience and asked about potential projects. A week later, I had a video interview with three researchers who were really helpful in explaining their work and answering my questions.

After applying online, I was contacted by HR the same day to schedule a screening interview with an interviewer, which happened the next week. About two weeks after that, I had two Skype interviews on the same day with two staff members and a senior manager. The morning after that, I received an offer. Everyone was really nice and easy to chat with throughout the process.

I was an intern previously and they hired me after graduation. There was just one interview with a senior person where we discussed the ongoing projects and what aspects might align with my interests.
