I first sent in my resume and cover letter. After that, I had a phone interview with some people. Then, I had an in-person interview where I met with about 4 people.
HR reached out and I had a Skype meeting. First, HR asked me some questions about my social fit at AIR and told me about the company culture. Then, the hiring manager for the department interviewed me and asked technical questions. They also answered my questions.
I did a phone screen with HR, then an interview with the researcher who'd be my manager. Both were 30 mins and covered behavioral stuff and digital content creation. Didn't hear back.
