You'll typically start with an online Google form, and based on that, you'll be invited for more interviews. The whole thing usually involves 2-3 stages.
So, first I sent in my application. Then I had an interview with the board, and after that, a secondary interview with my supervisor. It was pretty thorough, but overall it felt good, kind of relaxed and just flowed well.
The process takes a really long time. If you need something fast, this isn't it. They take a while to get back to you, and you'll have to follow up a lot.
