Candidate-reported interview process

We had a zoom interview that was recorded where they talked about the company and job duties. Then, I had to complete a questionnaire on why they should choose me.

The interview process had 4 steps. First, there was an initial phone call. Then, I had an in-person interview. After that, I participated in a group interview, which was really helpful in understanding the company and the day-to-day tasks. Finally, there was a last interview.

As soon as I arrived, I got a weird feeling. Within a few minutes of starting what I thought was an interview, I realized it was actually a sales pitch for an MLM or pyramid scheme. I asked some questions, but after sticking around for a bit, I got up and asked to speak to a real manager. They refused to get a supervisor, so I told them, 'This sounds like a pyramid scheme/MLM.' The person then spent several minutes trying to convince me it wasn't. I ended up leaving.
