Candidate-reported interview process

The first step was a video interview where they provided an overview of the company and the role. They focused on selling the company to me, but didn't discuss salary much.

There was a 1 hour webinar about the company history and compensation. After that, you fill out a questionnaire. If you pass, you'll have a one on one interview with the General Manager or the Recruitment department.

The interview process felt a bit impersonal and not very informative. It was rather bland, consisting mainly of a PowerPoint presentation rather than a genuine one-on-one interview. It wasn't made clear from the start that it wouldn't be an actual one-on-one interview.
