The interview process was alright. The panel asked kind of vague questions, and I thought a case study type interview would have been better. I didn't get a great vibe from the interviewers; they seemed a bit fake, which is not ideal for a non-profit role.
After filling out a very long and perhaps too general questionnaire, I had a screening interview with a nice junior HR person. They got back to me within a week.
So, I had four rounds of interviews. It started with a screening with HR, then a one-on-one with the hiring manager. After that, there were two panel interviews. The final one was in person at their office with some upper management folks. They said I'd definitely hear back by the first week of July, which was two weeks after my last interview, but then they completely ghosted me. Honestly, it feels like I dodged a bullet with how disorganized they seem and how they don't respect people's time.
