Candidate-reported interview process

I was reached out to on LinkedIn and we quickly scheduled a phone call. The recruiter said they were really interested and said they'd call back in a couple of days. It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. They spent more time talking about the company and benefits than asking me questions. The whole call was only 25 minutes.

This was a long drawn out process. It started with one phone call, then two interviews with managers. After that, there was another phone interview and a personality test to see if I fit in with the role model. I also filled out 4 pages of job application. It took the Company 3 weeks before they made a decision.

It was a long process, about a month from start to finish before I got the offer. They asked common questions, but then some later ones that really made me think about my life in general.
