The job description I applied for wasn't what the interview was about; they admitted to using incorrect descriptions to attract applicants for different roles. I expected a position answering coverage questions, but it turned out to be a role calling people to inform them of denied claims.

Interview process is a lie! It's totally different when you get hired. They don't stand by nothing they say. You are overworked and underpaid! Pay seems good at first until your put through numerous trainings with no raises.

I’m in the beginning stages but pay seems decent and equipment is provided so we shall see I have an interview coming up soon, and I look forward to learning more about the company
