Had one virtual panel interview where the questions were precorded. I didn't get to ask them any questions to see if I was a fit or learn about the team/role. The recruiter ghosted me after the interview. It was a terrible process and really showed what kind of organization this is.
HR reached out, and then I had a meeting with the hiring manager and her director. They asked me a lot of questions. They mentioned they were considering another candidate who was also strong, but ultimately they decided to go with that other person.
First I spoke with a recruiter, then I had to do an online skills test and also record a video interview. After that, I came in for an in-person interview.
