I first submitted my application and then got an email for a recorded video interview. After that, two of my potential supervisors reached out to me for an interview.
The hiring process was quite thorough, but it didn't feel overly stressful. The interviews had a relaxed, chatty vibe. However, it took them a very long time to get back to me with updates or answers.
Had a quick chat with the manager. She asked some basic behavioral questions and if I could use Canva. I've used Canva a lot in my internship, so it's a required skill. It was a pretty chill and not stressful interview.
