The interview process was really well organized. The communication was super clear, and I enjoyed talking to everyone. It's a small company, and I had chats with the HR Director and the Development Director.
I applied online and had a brief 20-minute phone interview with HR. After that, I had a second round interview via Skype with the manager for the role. The Skype call was about 30 minutes of back-to-back questions without any feedback. They asked around 20 questions about various skills and hypothetical situations. They didn't ask about my resume or previous jobs, focusing only on situations encountered in past roles.
I had two interviews. The first was a video call, which was pretty straightforward and brief. Then, I had an in-person interview at their office, and it was quite informative.
