The interview process was very straightforward and to the point. It was a good experience. They were very friendly and interested in my career path. They mentioned they had events and very interesting platforms to develop.

It was a four-part interview process. We started with a 30-minute phone screen, then a 60-minute meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a 45-minute meeting with other leaders at the office, and finally, I met with the regional staff.

The interview process with AHA was quite long, but everyone I interacted with was lovely. During the month between my first and second interview, I actually applied for a more senior position elsewhere, went through their phone screen, had two interviews with their CEO and VP, received and accepted their offer, and even completed their background screening. This timing worked out okay because AHA did not end up offering me the position. My advice would be to start the application process much earlier than you think you'll need to.
