I had one remote interview with the Sr. Manager. It felt professional and mutually informative, where they asked about my experience and explained the role, and I got to ask them questions too.
The interview process had 3 steps and took a long time. Everyone I talked to was very kind and made the process less stressful. It took a while for all of the interviews to take place.
I applied for the job and after about a month, I had a 1-hour zoom interview. It was very thorough and the interviewer went through my resume line by line. I don't think a 1-hour initial interview was necessary. I also didn't get a timeline for when I should expect to hear back.
