Candidate-reported interview process

They communicated the interview process and decision timeline really well. I went through 4 interviews, and they asked a lot of situational questions. It was a great experience; I really liked how thorough and transparent they were about the timing.

It was a very long interview process. One interview took 3 hours and you will have multiple rounds of interviews with redundant questions. It might have changed recently but everything had to be in person, which made it tough for scheduling.

Sent in my resume online. Got a call from the talent specialist who said they were moving forward with me. The recruiter was really nice. She mentioned she'd reach out again if other roles opened up.
