Candidate-reported interview process

It was over the phone, lasted about 30 minutes. They asked when I could start, what my pay expectations were, and if I was interested in increasing my pay and rank as a boss man.

I met with the client on campus, and after that, I got an offer. Then there was a follow-up from the corporate office for onboarding. I received the schedule, uniforms, and post-training info, plus met the management team. They asked easy questions and checked basic qualifications.

It was a really quick and smooth interview, felt open talking about my experience and what I expected. They gave me a chance to ask questions too, and they offered some options and ideas. Overall, it was a good and informative meeting.
