Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a 30-minute first round that focused on resume-based and behavioral questions. Then, there was a superday which was 2 hours long and included more behavioral questions, resume discussions, and company fit questions. Overall, the interviews were conversational and the interviewers were really nice. It's super important that you know your resume and projects inside out because they will ask really detailed questions about them. All the behavioral questions were pretty standard.

Had a super short phone call interview where they asked about my availability and experience. They wanted to know if I liked greeting cards or had experience with planograms. They also made sure I had reliable transportation and understood that work would be heavier around the holidays and slower in summertime.

it was pretty simple, a phone interview then an in person one at a restaurant. the supervisor and regional manager were there. they told me what the job was and I asked them questions. they were nice but the regional manager led the interview.
