Candidate-reported interview process

I applied and they reached out fast. I interviewed the day after applying. Then I didn't hear back. I followed up and was told I'd get a call, but then nothing.

I received an email to set up a phone interview. It lasted about 25 minutes and the interviewer said she would recommend me for the next level interview.

The interview involved questions about your design background, what design styles you know, and an explanation of the job's requirements. They might ask if you can stay an extra hour to do a mock staging furniture design on the sales floor. This was my experience during the interview.
