Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long process with many interviews. They didn't follow up afterwards, which shows a lack of process and is unprofessional. I didn't get an offer or rejection, they just ghosted me, which I don't expect from a big company.

The American Freight interview is easy and cool and chill. They will show you around the warehouse and tell you what you will be doing for the week, also your job duties and time off.

The interviewers were great and professional during the interview which lasted about 45 minutes. However, the communication before and after the interview was really bad, with no response even after I tried to follow up.
