Candidate-reported interview process

Had a 30 minute phone call, which might lead to more video interview sessions. They asked me questions about leadership and how long I'd be an assistant. They also asked about my resume, what I want to do in my career, and why I wanted this job. (I messed up but maybe others will do better)

It was more of a formality, not really an interview. They were just looking to hire instructors willing to work for $20/hour. Since instructors have to build their own time, I got hired and that's how it went.

I flew in and was picked up and driven to the school. I sat in on two days of management meetings, which seems to be their standard way of vetting people. They put me up in a nice hotel and paid for meals. It was a really good experience overall.
