Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was good. It was conversational and detailed. They answered all my questions without issue. They seemed interested in making sure I was a good fit for the team and that I felt good about the opportunity.

The process was smooth. Come ready with questions. Ask about the company. They ask about your strengths and weaknesses. It was a good time. I would recommend this position to someone.

Had 3 interviews total, 2 were over zoom and 1 was in person. Started with a 1-on-1, then a panel interview with some employees, and the last one was in person with some associates. Overall it was a good experience, everyone was really nice and engaged.
