Candidate-reported interview process

Interviewed in Johnston, it went well. We talked about commitment to the job and the duties asked of you. Are you willing to learn about the job and excel? It went well for the job.

The interview process was great. It was very relaxed and straight forward. No pretty pictures painted, just straight forward information and expectations. I understand why they have become the company that they are today!

I had three interviews and they mostly talked about how I did on my personality test. Apparently, I scored too high in the social section, which I don't get. The interviewer said he really liked me. They offered me the job, and I completed all the paperwork, background check, and drug test. But on the day I was supposed to start, they rescinded the offer because of a suspended license from 4 years ago for not paying a ticket. I didn't even know about it, and it turned out it was only suspended for 3 weeks.
