Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It consisted of one extended interview with the hiring manager. We discussed my undergraduate experience and career goals. Be prepared to answer questions about your understanding of unionism and the current state of unions. I received an offer notification within a few weeks after the interview.

So I applied online and then had a bunch of zoom interviews. The first one was a bit longer than usual for a screener, about 30 minutes. The second one was longer, about an hour.

I sent my cover letter, resume, and references to the Executive Director in Colorado. She replied the same day saying she'd follow up, but never gave a timeline. It's been over three weeks with no response. It's very unprofessional and unreliable.
