Got an interview pretty fast after I applied. It was about 30 minutes long. They asked me to talk about myself. Then they asked about how I'd deal with specific situations for the job and the specialty. They also asked what my old boss would say my biggest strengths and weaknesses are.
The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked me about what I expected in the medical field, if I had any experience with drawing blood or lab work, how I'd deal with patients who are scared or difficult, and what I could bring to the team.
It was a very personable and great experience. We discussed the role and got to know me personally as a candidate. Overall, it was a great experience. There was only one interview before the job offer. It was over Zoom, and we got to chat with multiple people in leadership.
