American Esoteric Laboratories Interview Questions

It was an easy interview. The director went over the job duties for a Licensed Senior Technologist with a supervisor's license. The role involved doing Manager/Supervisor duties while also working the bench, but they weren't willing to pay a Senior Medical Technologist salary for all those responsibilities. When I told them my salary range, they said it was too high. I explained that was the minimum I would accept, as I was already earning that as a bench tech with no management duties at a local hospital.

The interview process was easy. They called me for an interview, and it was very straightforward. There was only one interview round. They do require a COVID test and a drug screen as part of the hiring process.

The interview was pretty chill and happened at night since the job is for a night shift. I got to see where I'd be working and they explained everything really well.
