So I had this 59 minute test first, which was kind of weird, with questions like, would you rather be liked or a friend, or be a good worker or a friend, and if you had a friend would you have them apply? Totally ridiculous. Then there were 3 phone screens. The first one was 15 minutes late, lasted an hour, and they spent the last 10 minutes explaining the compensation plan. It's 30K and you have to pay back $1400 for licensing, though I confirmed with the testing center it's actually $1200. Then there was another 15 minute screening, and finally an in-person interview with the branch head, who sounded like they do a lot of 'get er done' deals with people on the edge.
I had 4 interviews in total. 3 of them were on the phone and 1 was in person. They talked about the company culture and work environment, and asked a lot of questions. It was a pretty standard interview process, quite easy actually. They made it sound like it was a great company with good pay.
It was a long process, I went through 5 interviews and then a sixth one for cultural fit with the branch manager. It started with the talent acquisition manager who assessed my background and suitability for the role. If that went well, I spoke with the area sales manager who went into more detail about my experience and how I'd handle certain situations and set things up.
