It was short and easy. A couple people were in the room and they asked me about myself, why I want to apply for the position, and what my previous experience was. One person was friendly and one was not.
Had a great interview with the hiring manager. The next interview was weird and unprofessional though. One interviewer was late and left early, and kept asking the same question over and over, even interrupting others to ask it again.
There were 3 interviews: first with HR focusing on your work attitude and personality, then with the Manager for the technical aspects of the job, and finally with Team Members to gauge your work attitude and get to know you better. Each interview was usually 30-60 minutes long and held on different days. The most crucial interview was with the team manager, as they also shared insights into the actual work.
