Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was a basic screening by HR. Then, the second round was with the team, and it was a great organic conversation where I got to learn more about the organization.

It was pretty chill. Basically, they asked me some questions about what I know. I talked to the hiring manager, who was pretty knowledgeable about the subject. Mostly, we discussed the industry, its challenges, and the other companies involved.

I had a two-part interview process. The first one was on Zoom, and the second one was in person at their downtown office. Both interviews were really short, only about 10 minutes each.
