Candidate-reported interview process

the interview process was long it took 3 months to get the job after i interviewed i had to meet with three people they asked me the same questions and i didn't hear from them again for 2 months the job was mine to start a month later

I heard about the company because someone from their education/outreach department gave a presentation where I was working. I was employed by the Earned Income Tax Credit Coalition then, and that's the primary reason I was hired, as this employer was also part of the same coalition.

I met with the VP and was hired on the spot for a temporary role. After they saw me work, they decided to make my position permanent and full-time.
