Candidate-reported interview process

Had a video chat with HR, then the hiring manager, and the last one was with either the CMO or Head of Marketing. No tasks or projects were involved, just discussing my experience and how I collaborate with different teams.

The process kicked off with a phone call from the HR Manager. They went over the role, asked some initial questions, and then set up an in-person meeting with the Marketing Director. When I got to the office, the interviewer seemed nice at first, but during the interview, they kept yawning and using their computer. Also, some of the job duties mentioned on the phone weren't quite right. They said they'd get back to me after the interview, but I never heard from them.

I applied for this role via a job board. The HR manager conducted an initial in-person interview. Following that, there was a two-week waiting period before the second interview. The overall process felt a bit unorganized because the HR manager was slow to respond to emails and didn't seem to make the job sound very appealing.
