it was easy and short. i met with the recruiter and then had an in person interview at the corporate office that lasted about twenty minutes. They mentioned that you must commit to to the 90 day program with no days off and no exceptions.
Went through 3 interview rounds and a secret shop at a property. The secret shop involved sending an email about my findings and proposed changes as a community manager in Dallas, TX. They mentioned I was overqualified and suggested a role managing Class A communities in Houston instead. After passing the interviews, I underwent a background check, which included a credit report. Unfortunately, I wasn't approved due to issues on my credit report stemming from past fraud. While they offered a chance to dispute the report, they ultimately decided against proceeding based on my credit. I would have preferred they checked my employment history and income compared to other community managers.
The interview process was great, simple, insightful, and direct. I have no concerns and am satisfied with their clear, professional, and efficient approach to recruitment overall. At present, I have a great experience.
