ACS is an interesting company. They wasted my time with four rounds of interviews for a mid-level position. It included a phone screen, a meeting with the hiring manager, an in-person meeting at their office, and then a "final" round with other department heads. The whole interview process took a month, and then they rejected me over the phone the day before Christmas Eve. At the start, always ask exactly how many steps are in the hiring process and WHEN you will hear back from the hiring teams.
I was asked some personal questions about my health history even though I had already explained why I had to leave a previous role. I had also mentioned that I'm currently looking for other jobs.
The interview process went by fast and was straightforward. I submitted my application through LinkedIn and the company's website. They got back to me in under a week. I went through 3 interview rounds: first with HR, then my direct manager, and finally met with two higher-ups on my team. The entire process wrapped up in less than 3 weeks.
