I applied online and got an email from HR for a video interview. Then I interviewed with two managers on the team, followed by a timed writing assignment, and finally an in-person interview with the director. The whole process was fine, but after the in-person interview, I was completely ghosted. I think it's really unprofessional to not get any response after multiple video interviews, a writing assignment, and an in-person interview. I'd seriously reconsider applying here if you're a marketer because they don't seem to value candidates' time at all.
The interview process involved two main stages. First, there was an initial conversation with someone from HR that lasted around 30 minutes. Following that, I had a longer discussion with two managing editors, which took about an hour in total, with about 30 minutes spent with each manager.
Applied in early April and it took about 3 weeks to hear back. Got a call to schedule an interview late April. Received a job offer a few days after the interview. Had to complete a background check and submit paperwork.
