Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter reached out to me asking about my motivations for applying and how I saw myself fitting in with ACE. About a week later, I had an interview with the VP of Finance. It was a pretty straightforward conversation focused on my background. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to a second round.

The interview process was very straightforward and clear. I got a lot of communication during the whole process and had really good conversations with everyone I met from different departments. They seemed genuinely interested and showed enthusiasm for the company.

It was a 4 stage interview process. First, I had a 30 minute call with the HR recruiter. Then, a 45 minute video call with the VP and Director of Enrollment. Next, a psychometric assessment. Finally, a 45 minute video call with four enrollment managers.
